How to store :
Once you have broken some of the block of Cacao, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place to preserve its freshness.
Preparation (Ceremonial Dose) :
- On a low heat warm your water or milk in a pan
- Weigh out between 30 – 50 grams per person
- Carefully chop or grate your chosen amount of cacao and then into the pan
- As it melts mix in well with a whisk or fork.
- Serve in your favourite ceremonial cup and sweeten to taste
- I personally love to use local honey or agave syrup!
- Spices like cinnamon and adding flower petals in your cacao adds to the magic too.
