Mapacho Sacred Amazonian Tobacco Healing
Great grandfather tobacco is used for many different purposes by the indigenous peoples around the world. Through dieting with him and teachings from Maestro’s in Peru I now share his powers for your healing.
When working with mapacho I set intentions, prayers and sing tobacco’s icaro’s (songs shared by the plant himself) to call in his spirit to doctor you. We work together to clean- remove toxins, protect, bless and restore balance from head to toe. I serve tobacco as a drink which is practised in the amazon to remove negative energies and cleanse the body- physical and spiritual. This wonderfully powerful plant holds the ability to remove blockages and traumatic imprints working as a purgative. After drinking and receiving his icaro’s and cleansing with the chakapa (bundle of dried leaves). You will be left feeling lighter and much more grounded. Balance and clarity can be felt after a good clean out of everything that isn’t serving our highest good. Tobacco sends deep vibrational healing, shaking everything at a cellular level and so is also good in preparation for other plant ceremonies such as the mother of the amazon- especially if you are holding fears, doubts and negative energies accumulated from day to day life. He makes space, brings clarity and creates a bridge bringing a stronger connection with all other plant spirit doctors so you can receive all the great love and healing they have to share.
This healing is around 1hr to 1.5 hours offered at £70.
Reiki energy healing
As a Usui Reiki Master, I offer hour - long - in person sessions to help clear energy blockages, promote relaxation, and restore harmony to the mind, body and spirit. Each session will be tailored to your needs, be it you need relief from a stressful week at work or you feel blockages that need moving in parts of your body preventing you from getting things done. Sessions can be in the comfort of your own home so you don’t need to travel anywhere afterwards. While channeling universal life energy I will either hover my hands over one's body or gently lay my hands down on certain areas of the body of which I will explain before each session. As energy flows everyone experiences differently. Common experiences through reiki are deep relaxation, falling asleep, warm sensations, tingling and a quietened mind. Through movement of energy there is also release; it is not uncommon for yawning, crying and laughter etc. I hold a warm welcoming safe space for everything you may experience or release.
It is recommended to have reiki on a regular basis to reset from all the doing we do, while living in such a fast paced way of life. Reiki helps center us and allows us to embrace a more peaceful life where one can feel the light and positivity flow from everything in great strength. Reiki was where my journey began in learning about myself, energy, healing, growing and transforming.- Our bodies are super intelligent and all the answers are found there.
Each session is around 60 mins at £50.
Healing Plant Saunas
With heat, water and different plants we can heal and clean the body, mind and spirit. Using a variety of different plants and a portable sauna I can assist you with clearing toxins from the body, improve skin health, aid/ relief from achy joints/muscles, respiratory congestion, improve circulation, relax your whole being, support poor sleep patterns, rejuvenate the body and invigorate the spirit, negative energy removal. The sauna is a place where the mind can find stillness and you are fully in your body in the present moment. Plants such as rose, lavender, peppermint, ayahuma, thyme, rosemary etc are offered. The plant/s used will be chosen based on your needs or what you would like to be used. All the plants hold different healing properties and await to assist you. Some plants will be applied directly on your body and some into the waters heating the sauna. Sessions from 30- 60 mins offered at £30- £60.
Sacred Plant Healing Ceremonies
Working with the mother medicine of the Amazon I facilitate and hold ceremonies with the intention for deep healing for everyone- cleaning the body and opening the heart. Transformative one to one and group ceremonies are offered. To commit oneself to heal with plants is to commit to a journey. As there are many petals to open on a flower and reveal beauty there are many layers around our hearts to be opened. With each opening is more softening. More remembering of our true nature. Love. I am here to hold you safely and lovingly through the whole process, before the ceremony, during and after. Listening to our bodies and the plants is a big part. To be able to make change we must be and listen. The plants grant us the gifts of shifts in awareness, perspectives and allow us to go to and see the root cause of our pains and traumas. They show us where our true power lies and that we always have a choice. A choice in how we see and how we be. Are you ready to let go? Are you ready to shed the old and birth the new? Despacho
Here we can offer back to great mother earth ceremonially together. To have balance we must have a reciprocal relationship with all, especially with the earth as she holds us all. She holds everything. As she takes care of us we must take care of her. We will sing, pray, collect and wrap flowers, fruits, tobacco etc into one bundle as a gift for her to receive. In this process we will offer our gift, songs and prayers to great grandfather fire where he will transform and send up with the wind in his smoke to the spirits of the sky where everything is seen and heard. A delicious heart opening cup of cacao will be served to celebrate our gratitude.
Despacho offering is £60 lasting around 1-2 hours offered in groups or one to one.
Energetic cleanse with song, scents, smoke
Using different perfumes such as agua florida- a traditional shamanic cologne known for its purifying and protective properties and other plants/ herbs like rose, lavender etc. I will remove negative, stagnant energy. The different essences used will clean, relax and uplift you whilst some offer protection also. We will ground before and after doing some small breathing exercises to help you relax and focus on your intention. I will sing icaros - healing chants of the plants during the process and use rattles or the drum in some sessions. An energetic cleanse is offered to remove negativity and restore balance. Cleaning our energetic field helps clear anything not serving us- negative unwanted thoughts and feelings, stress, overwhelm, heaviness. I can also use sacred tobacco to cleanse one's energy field by blowing sopla’s, which is my intention carried over in the tobacco smoke across to your body. This will help to clear away excess thoughts, blockages, fears and doubts.
Each session will allow better focus, clarity, harmony and help you rediscover the light that shines within.
