Jess Jamante

Jess is a dedicated student of curanderismo, the ancient practice of traditional healing rooted in Indigenous wisdom. Plants play a central role in her work, as she approaches them with great reverence and love. By working shamanically, she taps into their healing, cleansing, purifying, and protective powers. Just as each of us carries a unique vibration, so too do the plants.

Jessica Heaton
Jess In Jungle

Jess spends time each year completing master plant dietas in the Amazonian Jungle, Peru, and here in the UK, communing with a variety of different plants and trees. Through dieting, she has formed sacred bonds where they have become lifelong allies, assisting in her life and work. Icaros—healing songs—are sung always to allow the spirits of the plants to come and do the work. The plants can help us soften, dissolve walls around our hearts, and come to a place of acceptance, love, and forgiveness.

Finding this place, we find our power; we find how beautiful and limitless we are. Jess serves to hold you safely through such transformations, to create a sacred space, to be with you, to listen to you, and to feel into what is needed, guiding you in taking the steps into good health, oneness, and love. Cleaning, caring for, listening to, protecting, and loving our bodies is a vital part of the journey. The plants and Jess will help you remember that YOU are the medicine. It is up to you how you weave on this wonderful web of life that we are all connected to.
