Rooted
Rooted is a Bristol based wellbeing Group specifically for people of colour and the queer POC community, centred around community, safety, grounding, growth, and celebration. Come as you are to be heard, seen and held in collective ritual, to nurture and empower mind, body, and spirit.
Rooted is founded and facilitated by Jessica Heaton (she/her) – Huddersfield born with Caribbean heritage, queer, plant medicine facilitator and energy worker, with a background in mental health support.
All ages and genders welcome!
